Does anyone know if its possible to have a printed copy of the 12 week plan? Ive no printer and the weekly charts dont display properly on my little tablet. Also Im trying to limit my internet usage which is partly to blame for my weight problem!

I don't think there is an official printed booklet or anything. But why don't you ask your GP. As it is an NHS product and in theory should safe them money on the long run I don't see why they wouldn't print it off for you.

Have you tried the library? Where I live you can hire a computer for an hour and print copies etc for a small charge
I don't have a printer either so I use my local library computers for printing.
