Just about to start my journey...eek!!

So just about to start. Went to GP and they couldn't really help. Decided to do something about my weight when I couldn't play football with my 5yr old son due to hip pain brought on by excess weight. Need to lose this weight for them as much as for me.

It will be a slog, but I'm hoping the support on here will help me through!

Good luck to all those on the weight loss journey, we can do it together!!!!
