Hello,
Tomorrow is the day I start my journey to hopefully a healthier and happier Mummy. I have been gaining a great deal of weight since the birth of my baby in April 2014. I have tried many different plans but tire after I loose weight and end up bigger than before. I am just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice that may help me along? I am looking forward to starting but very nervous at the same time. Thank you in advance
