I keep reading about people starting the 12 week plan. Is this a set food list and where do I find it? My 1st week is going ok but had a bit of a blip yesterday afternoon! Still ate a healthy tea though. In the past I would have though, "I've blown it now so might as well carry on eating rubbish" but I didn't. The daily walk is going well also.....2 mins off my time and not wheezing so much when I get to the top of the hill. X
I started following it this week. It isn't a set food list, although it does direct you to lots of recipe ideas, and there are lots of helpful tips on making healthier choices and advice on taking up exercise. Every week you get a food and activity chart to record calorie intake, any exercise you do and how much weight/how many inches you have lost.
