Yep yoghurt with no milk be wary of fat free yoghurt, when they suck the fat out they also suck out all the fat soluble vitamins, so it doesn't count as a portion of dairy and actually isn't any good for you. You're better off having the extra 30 cals for a full fat yoghurt and having all the lovely vitamin a, k, e, calcium etc etc women should eat 1 portion of full fat dairy everyday Do you get hungry mid morning much? Fruit isn't great at breakfast time, it's full of sugar so can cause a sugar crash mid afternoon that makes you hungry, you're better off with a low sugar, high protien high fibre option like Weetabix or eggs and brown bread
