0% Greek Yoghurt

I can't remember who suggested this but thank you, I never realised it was double the protein of normal yoghurt. I had it on my overnight oats this morning and it was truly lush! Low calories and high protein...win win!

That's a good idea! I do have frozen blackforest fruits with it, that's yummy :-)

It might have been Zest  she loves that yogurt. Enjoy your overnight porridge! 😊

Hi Lots of people have mentioned this yoghurt - I did comment on csharman81 post 'so hungry' a few days ago saying that I eat the 0% total yoghurt as it keeps you fuller for longer as it is so high in protein. I have it with some berries and a little drizzle of honey. Definitely keeps me going till lunchtime. Excuse my ignorance but what are overnight oats?

Yeah I couldn't believe the protein difference between it and other yoghurts!  I had a little maple syrup eith it too! My version of overnight oats is porridge oats soaked in lots of yoghurt in the fridge overnight so they soften and are eaten with berries or other fruit, etc. Pureed strawberries are good too. With total 0% you need to cover the oats with water first and then mix in total because it's quite thick. Very filling!    :-) x

Hi Just to say that I tried your overnight oats for breakfast this morning. I was surprised how soft the oats were after soaking all night. I did quite like it but I am a big porridge fan and I think my brain was slightly confused and I felt a bit like I was eating cold porridge.  Glad I tried it though :)

I love porridge too but overnight oats works well for me equally! Glad you were up for trying it though!
