Im terrible for getting on the scales, im always on them. Its a shame they dont ave wheels then i could take them with me. So, ave bin poorly and put on 4 pounds. Have felt better the last few days and exercised each day. While ill i couldnt workout but i looked into the best exercise to burn fat whilst sat about suffering. I HAVE FOUND IT. Its on a sky channel called fab tv and its called transformation. Its on twice a day and the workout is done by a blonde lady called emily. Its amazing and i,ve lost 3 pounds in 3 days.......yipeeeeeeee!
