well did 3rd weigh in this morning.... 1.6 down...

all good.... evey ounce is a bonus... thats 8lbs in 3 weeks... one of my friends said is that all as she has lost 1st in 3 weeks...

personally I feel its better to loose slower than too quickly ... but each to there own... Im not in a rush.. just want to loose the excess weight...

I have set myself a 12 week goal... 18lbs.... at present Im 8 of those down so I have 9 more weeks to loose 10 more pounds and is do able...

Well done, 8 pounds in three weeks is amazing. Considering most people lose 1-2 pounds a week.

What are you doing to achieve this? I am doing the 5:2 diet and have lost 3.5 pounds in two weeks x

thank you.... I have cut down food portions, cut out bread and alcohol and fizzy drinks...

weigh what I cook..... I eat chicken and fish mainly and occasionly a small steak trimmed of all fat...and most of all cut out my weakness... cakes and biscuts... must admit the 5;2 diet was not for me.. but different things work for different people xx

Sounds brilliant, and must take a lot of will power! Well done. I couldn't cut down on most of those things on a daily basis so I'm really envious! 5:2 seems to be working for me for the time being :-) x

Thats great! Some people as you say prefer to lose smaller amounts as it is easier to keep it off and as you say its for a little bit of excess weight, so far you are doing well, its a shame your friend doesnt understand that. Keep up the good work

true it is better to loose weight slow thsn quick. you will gain it all back if u loose it to quock and it will be harder to loose again.
