thank you.... I have cut down food portions, cut out bread and alcohol and fizzy drinks...
weigh what I cook..... I eat chicken and fish mainly and occasionly a small steak trimmed of all fat...and most of all cut out my weakness... cakes and biscuts... must admit the 5;2 diet was not for me.. but different things work for different people xx
Sounds brilliant, and must take a lot of will power! Well done. I couldn't cut down on most of those things on a daily basis so I'm really envious! 5:2 seems to be working for me for the time being x
Thats great! Some people as you say prefer to lose smaller amounts as it is easier to keep it off and as you say its for a little bit of excess weight, so far you are doing well, its a shame your friend doesnt understand that. Keep up the good work
