My local health board & council run sports facilities have set up a challenge for people to do 3k of exercise for 30 days. It can include walking, cycling, running, canoing, swimming etc. One lady of 72 is opting to do it on a rowing machine in the gym. Just thought it might give some of you & any groups you are involved with an idea. I started a couple of days ago to ensure that as well as my jog Scotland and gym stuff I am doing something every day. I think the next challenge is 5k for 50 days!
