Sorry, not me, maybe "YOU". As "YOU' look around and see all sorts of people taking all these medicines, for all of the strange issues, what to do, what to say. "YOU" are full of questions and nobody has your answer. it is so confusing and frustrating. Why is there not an answer, why is there not something to fix me, why-why-why.
Stop a minute, have a cry and calm down a little. "YOU" are okay, it is only ms. It will feel overwhelming at times, "YOU" will feel that "YOU" can not go on. That it is just to much. It is okay, I will tell "YOU" that this is normal. "You" of all people can handle this. Believe in yourself, as I believe in "YOU". Just stop a moment, mourn what "YOU" may feel "YOU" have lost. Turn your head and look at your future, it "WILL" be okay. "You" will survive this, just give yourself a little time. Time is what "YOU" need is to just slow down. Rome was not built in a day and "YOU" can not learn and implement every strategy for the rest of your long life in a day either. This is one of the frustrating things that "YOU" will encounter and learn. This, my friend,is your path to walk, your journey to take. it is only yours and "YOU CAN DO IT". Learn what "YOU" can, follow the path that is there for "YOU" and only "YOU" believe in yourself and be true to your aims and goals.
This is a doable disease. Find your path and follow it. I will say be kind to yourself and others. A wrong turn is not your end. Merely a learning opportunity, your darkest times, your darkest thoughts. Are all nothing more than a learning opportunity. Allow yourself to "LEARN"
It ends when your time is over, just be strong. Believe in yourself, expect the wild turns and setbacks. They will come during your ms life, maybe today maybe next year. Whenever they do just slow down, rest a little, then if "YOU" still can, carry on. It is a long journey full of bumps, but "YOU of all people can "DO this", just believe in yourself.
