My brother

My brother has OCD and is homeless. He just started living with me and I did not know he was OCD. I acted incorrectly until I sat down and thought about his behavior. He is gone now and not responding to me. But I need help

I've been waiting for a reply on this, because I have a similar problem with my brother. In my case he lives with my parents and I live away, my mother can't do anything about it (she is tired, works and supports him and my father), and my father is an alcoholic and hoarder. And I don't know how to help my brother, he has severe OCD and depression, eats only bread, showers probably once a month and literally looks like a mentally ill homeless person He doesn't talk to anyone but my mother, and has been refusing my calls for a month now. And he refuses to go to a doctor, claiming he will recover on his own -- for two years now I can't help you or give you advice, I just needed to share this, hoping someone will reply, gives us advice how to help our brothers.
