Good morning! I'm a 42 year old woman who has always been quite tuned into my body and my mind. I was born with a disease that was passed through the birthing of me. I was put up for adoption and my adopted parents were strict religious parents. The expectations put on us were probably okay for a normal child without brain struggles but beings I have always had brain issue due to the disease passed on to me it met me with a lot of hard challenges. I was better seen and not heard so no touching, no loving, no engaging just go do my own thing and stay out of the way! I became a people pleasing walk the line girl! I feared making mistakes which I did a lot of which made my. It good enough talk flare up! More to follow.....
