Its really bad right now, I'm scared I'll lose it and hurt someone i love. How can i stop these thoughts?

I think your question should not be how you can stop the thoughts but how you can learn to accept and ignore them. Research has shown that the more a person tries not to think about something, the more that person will think about it.
By accepting the thoughts, you are not saying that you agree with them, or that they are okay. You are acknowledging that your brain just produced a really bizarre or offensive thought (which most people's brains do), but it means nothing about who you are, what you value, or how you plan to act. Then you move on to some other activity, thus demonstrating to your brain that its random thoughts are not relevant to you.
Read this article by a therapist - about 2/3 of the way down there's a good example of how "harm" thoughts happen even to a person without OCD, and how they are handled by non-OCD versus OCD minds.
