It's so uplifting to hear that things can and do improve, I'm so happy for you, its such an achievement that your anxiety relating to intrusive harm thoughts is decreasing and your having more good days than bad, you're obviously working very hard
I’m so glad to hear you’re doing well! I’m struggling a bit since I cut down the sessions with my therapist but I’m trying to keep myself accountable with ERP and stay positive. The good moments still out weigh the bad so I can’t complain so much right now. I can’t wait to hear more about your progress!

I am not from the area myself but if you visit the iocdf.org they have a link on their website where you can search for an OCD specialist in your area. Just make sure you’re seeing someone who offers ERP and not just talk therapy! Hang in there, it really does get better no matter how corny that may sound. 😊
