Hemolysis

Hi, I have had leukaemia and a bone marrow transplant 18 months ago, but developed hemolytic anemia.

I have been on steroids, rituximab and mycophenolate at various times. However, when my doses are reduced, the hemolysis comes back quickly.

Has anyone any good experiences of a different medication.
