Ibuprofen gel

Can anyone advise me please. I am taking daily aspirin and hydroxycarbamide and I know I cannot take oral ibuprofen but I have a painful arthritic shoulder at the moment.

Does anyone know if I can use ibuprofen gel on the area or is it not advisable?

Yes, you can. I have been on blood thinners for years and can't take ibuprofen but use Voltarol gel as needed very happily!

I too was told it was ok to use, although not for prolonged periods of time. I hope you get some relief soon x
