Thanks Osidge, by the way i wont know outcome of my LDH till i see Doctor early April now but will be in touch about findings afterwards thanks look after yourself 😊

I've been taking vitamin d since the start of January. Apart from coming from a dark and wet part of the world, I have to wear full sunscreen all year round. I have noticed a big improvement in things like my energy, mood and aches and pains. I also had my thyroxine increased but I was feeling really rough before Christmas. I've stopped caring about how much I rattle. As long as I am functional and healthy I'm happy. Hope you feel better soon.

Hi I also went through a very low patch very fatigued and feeling very low. My vit D tested very low and after 6 weeks of high dose and now daily tablets feeling a lot better. I mentioned this at a recent MPN support meeting as this night help other MPN patients if feeling particularly fatigued. Take care Heather

Hi Holly, hope you're well. Vitamin D.....well, all I can tell you is that it seems to have worked for me these last 3 months. I remember posting about my haem suggesting I try it as I was falling asleep all over the place (not a good look in Tescos!!) I dunno if I can attribute all my new found energy solely to it but I'm pretty sure it's helped enormously. Good luck with it Holly, much love Poll x
