The world 'blog' stands for 'web' + 'log'.

Probably one of the better known system of blogs is Wordpress.

Essentially it is a place where you can log things, emotions, feelings, opinions, thoughts, ideas, feedback, positive expressions etc. And really anything relating to how depression, anxiety etc. affects your life.

So, you can write about how your condition impacts your family life, work life, social life, side effects from medication, new treatments or therapies you've tried.

One of the best ways to foster a sense of community is to post a testimonial blog: when you were diagnosed and what your journey has been like since that point.

So, go and blog so we can read and comment.
