how was your first week of January? Be truthful. I’ll go first: I had a huge wave of anxiety all this week and last weekend. Starting a new year is scary because I have an issue with not forgetting the past and I’m constantly bringing it up. This year so far, I’m going to do my best to not focus so much on the past and take things day by day. I also got a new Therapist and think I should start some type of anger management soon

Crappy. Spend most of the days crying and feeling like crap. Let people get in my head. Like you can not let go of the past.
