Are you allowed to touch someone without their permission?

...Are you allowed to touch someone without their permission? The answer is yes. The law in California under the Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) Act allows police and doctors to "perform" in anyway possible to save you if they make a claim against you...that's what THEY claim...while you're under a temporary medical crisis...so what they're also doing is furthering their reach with their greed, profiting off your medical crisis and just doing their "job." This makes you a prisoner to strangers and their beliefs on what is right for you...how can anyone know what is best for you but only you? These people don't even know you, complete strangers...Does anyone here have an opinion on this situation with those who experience a medical crisis and have to tolerate and survive the legal system and medical system working together to profit off your situation?
