Every day I am getting more and more anxious. It is 8 am in where I live right now and I couldn't sleep, kept crying, thinking about future, cried even more... I am so scared of what future will bring to us. How I am gonna push my life further, and I am in my early twenties, and my body shakes because how anxious I am. My legs shake, my muscles shake... Guys I don't know what to do. Any advice please? I feel so stuck 😭😭

Sorry to hear how you are feeling that's really tough. Do you have a relaxation and breathing app? I use Insight Timer app. There are a variety of talks and guided meditations on it for different circumstances. You can also set your own meditation timer. Can you have a relaxing shower or bath? Have you seen a doctor. I'm in UK so I only know what's available here. I hope you have a better day today.
Control your breathing …deep breathes and let everything slow down.
Get a meditation disc for your problem from Amazon and you must play it twice a day …you might think it ain’t working at first but if you keep at it …twice a day somewhere quiet it will eventually help you .
Also get an appointment with your doctor and or a nurse .
You must make the effort however hard it is , if you want to get better , only you can do it !
So small steps at first but do them every day and you will feel better and proud of your achievements…remember if you get a set back ( which you will most likely get ) …just don’t give in and start again and you will get stronger every time you beat the set back !
So come on :
1/ Control your breathing
2/ Deep breathes in and slowly exhale and let everything slow down ( start off with 4 deep breathes going up to 8 or 10 but slowly)
3/ Get a mediation disk for your problem from Amazon and use it twice a day in a quiet place …..do it every day , build it into your daily routine like your meals.
4/ Remember small steps and if you take a bad turn get back up and start again …don’t get beating.
5/ Speak to a doctor and or a nurse …preferably face to face .
6/ read my points when needed !
All the very best and I have faith in you that you will get better ..but slowly !
Cheers,
Stewart
I'm sorry to hear this.... I have the shakiness just like yours. I think it comes from feeling unsafe in the world. I'm a lot older than you, but when I was your age, had super anxiety. Didn't know how the world worked, or how to act, etc... Wish I knew your answer; keep writing to people here, makes you feel not so alone with this anxiety.
