Just wanted to let you know that there is a group called Depressed Anonymous that meets every day at 12:30 pm (eastern) on zoom. (I hope it's okay to post this here). The zoom link is: 851-593-3239 (password is: hope).
They have meetings every night at 8 pm (same zoom information) and they have a website: DepressedAnonymous.org with other information, meetings, zoom links and times, etc.
