It’s been just over four months since my on set of bacterial meningitis. I have made a significant recovery in both my physical and my mental abilities. I am still doing therapy on both areas.
The biggest problem I have right now is being able to sleep. My primary care physician sent me to a sleep specialist who only wanted to concentrate on CPAP. I have an app that keeps up with my total sleep including deep, light and rem sleep . It gives me an overall sleep quality number which is averaging about 50. I feel like that number should be above 80. I need someone who can understand BM and give me something better so I can get decent sleep. Any help is appreciated.
