Been needing Therapy for some time and I now have insurance to do so. The thing is....My head is so full all the time with Negative, Self Loathing, Depressing thoughts ALL the time and I cannot seem to change this so as I said....MyChaos is my own head. I don't know why or how to fix it. 💙

Hi, Getting started with therapy is the first step to getting some order in your life.

The big question for the first therapy session is "what brings you to therapy?" I think you can easily answer this judging by your post. If struggling for words, print off your post.

Your therapist then wants to know how he/she can help you.

If you have a couple key things you want to look at mention these. You can decide whether you want to do more after or if something comes up in a session.

You don't have to drive the sessions as the therapist will be working with you.

Trust in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Amazing things can happen.

Wishing you all the best 🐈‍⬛
