i am on sertraline 100MG and I am getting bad headache and dizziness with them and also feeling sick. I have been on Sertraline for more then a year now but not always been on 100MG. I am not sure if you can get headaches and dizziness while been on sertraline for this long. also is weight gain a side effect that you can get while being on the 100MG of sertraline
I also get unhelpful thoughts. I am not sure if you can get the unhelpful thoughts while being on the 100MG of sertraline.
I was on that medication for a year but didn't experience any side effect other than what I can only describe as a mild adrenaline rush. side effects can be different from person to person so it would be best to discuss this with your Doctor, maybe the dose is too high and needs to be moderated. Only your Doctor can say.
no I didn't experience any withdrawals. I was at a stage where my CBT was helping me a lot, which is a good place to be 1st. The dosage was then reduced gradually once you feel that you can manage in yourself. There have been times where it has hit me quite hard but i never felt the need to go back onto it but just learn to manage with CBT
Hi, its to ask :). Had a bit of personal trouble to deal with which shot my anxiety and gradually my depression through the roof and needed to see my GP. I didn't feel much difference when i was on it as it takes a while to kick and my family were helping until the ordeal was over and gradually got back on my feet and was able to move on. If i knew how to better cope with the situation then I don't think I would have deteriorated so quickly. After that i gradually reduced my dose and was off it.
There have been moments over covid lockdown where anxiety really gripped me or i started doubting myself but my wife helped me get up and go and part of it was also slapping myself out of it and getting on with it by believing in myself more
