Do you take any pills or medicine to cure anxiety or depression? I've been feeling anxious and depressed and stress for the past years and I haven't gone to any professional.

hi pills will never cure depression and anxiety but they will help take the edge off how we feel and the rest is up to us we need to do the right things in order to be in a better more stable place.
