Do you mean that stops weight gain ? Only I am on meds for depression since August and I have gained half a stone . I was also on them back in 2003 and yet again I gained weight . Not so much to be that noticeable but I was underweight anyway due to the depression and anxiety .

Most antidepressants Make you gain weight as your appetite increases , I can't stop flipping eating now 🙄

All anti-depressants have the tendency to make you put on weight, or it might be that as the anti-depressant starts to work and you begin to feel better, you discover your appetite. I have been on a whole range of ad's, the one I put the most weight on with was Mirtazapine.

Mirtazipine! But be warned, you'll want to eat anything and everything and you still won't feel entirely satisfied so please, be careful with the dosage you're given.
