I have had most painful headache since this week and leaves head brain aching after taking aspirin. But managed to sleep 4.30 am for four hours. My bother had cold but I got headaches.

Depending on your Headache cause Foggy it may be a good idea to take an over the counter anti-inflamatory.The reason they suggest this is many headaches are caused by an inflamation of the brain. Types like brufen can help reduce the swelling. Asprin is a different medication group and works in a different way.
