Hello and Welcome Sadie

We talk and advise on Mental Health concerns. worries and fears, We have contributors on site who give advice and support on Mental Health problems

Like Depression, Anxiety, and associated problems. How can we help

Hi you are using it fine. I suggest you have a look round the site and at other posts and you will see the kinds of things we talk about.

I would recommend that you lock your posts to this community only though to avoid them going viral and even ending up on social media.

Depending on the device you are using there will be somewhere you can edit your post so have a look. Stay where your post is and find the edit button. Your post will then reappear and you can amend it. The community only or everyone button is just before you post. The default is set to everyone so if you want more privacy click on the 'community only' one. Then just click on repost.

You will know it is locked when a little padlock appears next to it. Any problems come back and let me know what device you are using. If I don't know then someone else will.

I’m using an iPhone if that helps? But now I’m a little worried about things being out on social media

Well have a look around it and find the edit button. If you go back and lock the post as I told you then only the first 245 characters of your post will appear, no more, and none of the replies will. It will give you a lot more privacy, and many don't like to reply to unlocked posts,

I am using a laptop and my posts say more at the bottom which I click onto to find edit.

I have just read your reply and seen you have PTSD. There is a site on here specifically for this if you want to post there as well. There is also another mental health site here which is a lot busier than this one. The link is here also.
