Take a breath for a moment.
Find a safe space for you and try to soothe yourself. You will be OK.
Have faith that all will unravel as its meant to and that you will be a stronger, better person for it
Log on to You Tube and find a guided meditation for anxiety. I do find they help me quite a bit. Depending on your level of anxiety and how bad you are feeling then ring for help if you need to. Doctor, Samaritans, anybody to talk to if it all gets too much. If you feel you are completely losing it then go to A and E. This is where I ended up a few weeks back.
