Connecting with like minded people is without a doubt a tonic to help us feel uplifted.. Also engaging our minds into things we enjoy doing can certainly help.. What hobbies do you have? Perhaps make time to do them more.. Easier said than done I know.. Filling our time productively is by far the best way to keep depression and anxiety at bay..

You don't always have to mix with others.. I spend alot of time alone which I prefer but being with others whom are similar surely helps when one is feeling down.. Have you thought of getting a pet? I have a dog and he helps me enormously..
Actually I get afraid of pets or animals.. I don't have friends and I spent my day studying which is something I like.. but recently i started to feel lonely and sad most of the time. I just wanted to talk to someone and get rid of my depression and anxiety that is affecting my work and life.
Sorry to hear you are afraid of animals.. I find them most reassuring and such beautiful truthful souls to ever grace this dimensional plane we are living..You have work how cool.. What is your profession? I am unable to hold down a post just now due to an excessive hernia I have and have had for 2 and half years.. What is it that you are studying?
I'm so sorry to hear about that.. hope that you will be well soon. I'm a law student at my last year and I'm training at the court.
I'm happy to have such a career, but my health issues that I have discussed before is affecting my study life especially that I suffer from migraine.. so depression makes it worse.

Feel the same as you
