Hi just a number of things I get depression for not feeling good about myself my mind speaks for it’s self always but negative thoughts in my head and stupidity brings me to my lowest points can be such little things that’s can cause me
To have panic attacks and huge anxiety for myself so can’t control it’s brain find any sort of way of to bring me down like the other day I don’t look my age I’m somehow 20 now flown by was only 18 felt like not so long ago and I only look 17 max somebody said to me
It’s really affect me because I don’t look old enough but when I’m dressed up going out I look quite bit older say 18-19 so makes no sense to me really . It’s just small

I wonder if you may find listening to Eckhart Tolle on you tube helpful.
Those thoughts that go round in your head, especially those ones that are negative or disrespecting you as a person, you don't have to take any notice of them you know, any that make you feel low, they are not helpful or kind, so definitely do not believe them, send them away just as you would an unkind person. You are not those unkind thoughts.
In my youth I always looked younger than my years too, but the good news is you still look younger than your years in mature years (old age) its a bonus.
Try to enjoy your youth and do things that make you feel good, things you enjoy, listening to uplifting music, watching comedy or bands on you tube, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji are my go to if I feel my self slipping into gloom.
Take good care of you, be kind to yourself, give yourself positive internal dialogue especially at those times you notice the negative internal dialogue, pamper yourself. Some people benefit from journaling, mindfulness, meditation / relaxation exercises. Art, craft etc.
Books on emotional intelligence may help as well. Wayne Dyer, see what you are drawn to and go with that. Just about everything is covered on you tube in videos.
