Staying positive does not mean you have to be happy all the time. It means even on the hard days you know better ones are coming.

Being positive
Yes but sometimes hard to think.. but will do so!

To be honest I just live for the Day, I cannot and will not consider what tomorrow will be. Tomorrow we pick up the Turkey, If I was supposed to be happy all the time I would be unable to look onto the next day in any way. If I was to do that my outlook would be miserable. I would be always considering what could go wrong, I would be miserable and tentative and be considering the negative. Although I will be relieved when I get home with nothing to worry about. As God makes little green Apples something can always go wrong I will always worry. So I try and keep my moods level between high and low, Happy and sad, As mentioned above I keep my own council.

I used to be like that living in the present but now I have achievable goals for the future - like educational toys or books for my non verbal autistic son. I find many obstacles and sometimes my mood makes it worse but I finding strength this month to carry on Depression makes situation hard to deal with but I feel inspired by art this month - art therapy and other things. I agree life is very tough for me and son.
Yes I see where you are coming from, however I never anticipate or plan more than a day ahead, I prefer to live for the day and I am never really surprised or disappointed what the day brings. I prefer to move on if things go pear shaped, I do not like myself if I get myself into a bad mood. I am very sharp and sad to say never take any prisoners, all down to an over active tong
