IndieabcI am have problems with my neck and spine is always worse with the Biometric pressure is below 1000. So I generally try and just relax. Trying to study will possibly make you feel worse. Have you any pain killers that will help you.

What have you done to your back. A nice warm soaking bath may be able to help you relax and calm down your pain.

I am sorry to hear about your spine and neck. I can feel the pain but I applied Deep Heat and used bath salts so I can move more freely, now. Better with treatment. Thank you. I hope you have an easier time, too.

Thank you be well. With my Health problems in the early days I was sent to Pain Clinic to learn how to control my pain. If I can help or suggest something I am here.

When I am really in pain I use Nerve Block. I was shown how to use a TENS machine and it does work. These machines can now be purchased from chemists like Lloyds or Boots. If you are disabled you do not need to pay the VAT. I have had my machines now for many years and they do work.

The more expensive machines act as an EMS as well they tone up the muscle groups as well and help support a weakness.

If you look on the Web look for Body Clock, that is where I get my machines from. You can be instructed if you ask your Doctor if the need arises

I brought it for my Dad, Tens machine but he hasn't used it. You have given me a very good idea - get doctor to advise and show him then he might use for arthritis arm which pains everyday. Thank you, for your suggestions.
