My Dad is slightly off

Feeling poorly and in pain from arthritis of arm and joint out of hand. Had not eaten for few day and slept too long and went stiff. But moved about this morning and had small amounts of food, that made for him. Lots of cups of teas.

I use a TENS Machine to block the pain, you can get them in chemists or the Doctor can arrange one. If not already talk to the Doctor for medication NSIDs and Pain Medications.
