Nerve damage in neck and shoulder and back pain chronic , i look after my disabled freind who has huntingtons disease and she hasnt got anyone else in her life , so that is also hard when look after her and try to look after my self its very stressful all of it . Thanks paul

I have severe neck damage with the neck discs C1/C7 it causes problems with the blood supply to the brain. This sometimes causes falls when the blood us unable to feed the brain. I have also extensive damage within the spinal area

I started a new treatment regime they are providing injections of B12 every twelve weeks and D3 medications designed for OAP s, however D3 does have positive results. The problems are the B12 starts to run out over time, before the next injection.

Is She taking medications, I take Tramadol every day and a Cox 2 Inhibitor with various other medications to control pain.

Has She got A T.E.NS MACHINE ???

It is no good not taking into consideration your own health to do that will just make you more ill in your own right. My carer is my Wife who has a telephone number to ring if she is getting overwhelmed. We have a large garden, sad to say I fall and several months ago I took a bad fall over one of the Border Edges and could not get up again, it became a dangerous situation as my glasses broke and dug into my face.

I also fall down steps and stairs again all very damaging . If this sort of thing is happening to your friend, hopefully not the case. Remember you cannot be there all the time. That is a real concern My Wife understands, I rarely work in the garden now.
