Lost in a maze

Ive tryed so hard to keep my head up but its starting to go down hill again i hate this feeling and fuzzy head and pain its a roundabout im stuck on ive asked doctor to send me for nerve block injection he wont , ive ask for nerve conduction test he wont , he said i can go private ive already spent thousands trying to get better i want to be free as a bird 😣
