Sounds like you have made progress.
Managing relapses and remissions is a life-long battle and journey.
But remain strong, disciplined and steadfast and run the race to the end.
For me, a combination of lifestyle management i.e., food, diet, exercise, mediation, breathing helps.
Turning to scripture, and the love, grace and mercy of God from whom there is no variation and change to his eternal, divine, good and holy nature also helps.
Stay strong and steadfast and continue to self-manage. And continue to have faith and hope.
