Idk, it's intrusive thoughts bothering me

You need to try to think of something else, haven't you got things that you enjoy doing?

You need to put yourself back in control of your thoughts.

Try to refocus like I mentioned some examples in my post above.

Totally understand this feeling and I think if you could get out of the mood you would have by now

Yes definitely I try to practice mindfulness and bring my focus elsewhere but it's difficult.keep going the sun does shine its learning to deal with your clouds

Yes of course. Esp when we have a diagnosis to go with it. Sometimes I don't know where it's coming from and sometimes I do. Even without a diagnosis we all suffer through those days. Find what helps you..for me sometimes I meditate, bury my head under the covers, read, draw, play and walk my dogs. Also just hibernating and watching TV is fine. Whatever works for you ..most importantly you're important, you're worth it. ⚓🌞😊💛🐇⭐

I never feel hopeless, because I know it’s temporary. If you can keep telling yourself that this shall pass, it will ease your anxiety a bit.

When I’m in a bad mood and snappy, I separate my self from others so they don’t catch the brunt of my emotional swings. Maybe take a nap, distraction of some sort, anything that will refocus your attention off being agitated, so that we can lower our heart rate and relax. Prioritizing sleep, eating well, getting a little exercise (even just a walk), and learning coping strategies and management of your anxiety will be very beneficial as Hidden stated.
