Need help for a parent

Hello I've come here to see if anyone can help me, how do I get help for someone if they refuse that anything is wrong? My mum lies constantly but they are bad bad lies , she's told her husband that all of her children were conceived through abuse , and by various serial killers , she rings me up screaming that the police have just arrested her husband ( he was in the shower) she seriously emotionally abused me and my siblings and we now have serious mental health problems our self. She's really cruel to people all the time and believe they deserve it. Her lies have been so dangerous. She also spent £68k of our inheritance literally on herself. Sleeps around ,moves house each time she wants a new identity , told police she was being stalked and text herself threats. She also changes her name by deed pole a lot when she meets other people ! She's seriously mentally unstable but has passed many psych evaluation because she is so believable. What am I meant to do? 😞

Either make an appointment with your GP, however generally at this time it will be a telephone appointment and of course when discussing this sort of problem they would prefer a Surgery Appointment.

Contact Tel 119 and explain the problems you are having and the irrational problems your mother has. You can also phone the NHS Information line on Tel 111, explain, they may be able to arrange a visit from the Crisis Team to see your Mother

My Mother was very much the same, She died and now the same attitude has spread to my two Siblings, The problem is getting someone to listen to you. Your Mother given what you have done will seem very rational to these Specialists, that is why I suggest you try and discuss what is going on there first.

Is your Mother living with Her Husband in the family home, or has she moved or purchased a different property.

All I can suggest is that you walk away if She is abusive in various ways, I did the same and was happy until my Sisters traced me.

You deserve better, how old is your Mother and how many siblings do you have, How is the relationship with you. Is your Father in the family home. It may be you will need to ask him to discuss your Mothers needs with the GP and possibly Crisis Team.

Is She been seen by and CPNs or Therapists at this time ?
