It may be a good idea to see your family Doctor and explain your problems to Him?.

Draw up a list of your concerns and worries, explain your needs and He will consider the best way forward. It is important you are able to talk and explain what is bothering you

Would your Mother just listen to your concerns, as long as you does not be-little your worries and can discuss your worries, fine. However if this is not possible you need to find someone to listen if you have no trust with those around you your Doctor in confidence should be able to help

Ps. I visited Kiev in 1977, we stayed in a hotel in a square next the the Great Wheel , just off the main street, a very pretty city overlooking the river.
