You need to allow yourself upwards of five weeks for those to work, changing medications on a regular basis can affect getting better.
You need to consider if the feeling you have are caused by your Anxiety, given that you need to be patient. The problem is the number of medications is not never ending and jumping between medication will not help.
Have you tried Mindfulness, Relaxation Technique, you can purchase a book explaining the technique on Amazon for about £7;00.

Thank you I want to give prozac a chance again. And I have two dogs I enjoy
Give the drug you are on now the five weeks to work, changing is not like a packet of sweets. Yes Prozac for some is a good medication. However we are all different and what suits on will not suit another different patient.
I have been on my medications now for over ten years, I live my life and try to make positive decisions, I also have many activities I follow and it does help me keep calm and not dwell on my Chronic Pain.

The rebound effect coming off of these puppies is real. You can have more problems, for a while, after you get off. So give it plenty of time for a drug to start work, and also to stop working. I have bipolar disorder that won't respond to conventional therapies, so I'm going to be taking medicine for the rest of my life. But even so, there are things we can do to head off mood changes and anxiety. Especially look up cognitive behavioral techniques, those can be really good at dealing with anxiety.
Do you know what works for me? My therapist called these my "emergency backpack:"
(1) When I feel anxiety coming on, I can stick my head in the freezer for a few seconds, and it seems to arrest the feeling! It's nuts that that works.
(2) Gum also helps, especially if you don't chew it often otherwise.
(3) Comedians doing stand-up on NetFlix or something helps fill the well, too, especially if I've been down a while.
(4) Something I've found very powerful is the slow breathing exercise that is found on the Respire 1 CD by Coherence. It's on Spotify. I find myself very refreshed, generous, and relaxed at the end.
There are plenty more tricks out there. Some may work for you!
Personally, I always allow 3 months for my body to get used to a medication and usually the same to come off. When I say that, all I expect at the 3 month stage is a slight change to side effects and the beginnings of an improvement to my symptoms.
In the case of Tegretol, it took 6 months, so I really gave it a chance and its been worth it, but I had a headache every single day.
What im saying is maybe you need to give each med a while, before giving up, I'm sure it will be worth it.
