Exhaustion and Poor Self Care

I’ve had chronic pain and chronic exhaustion. I’ve had extremely poor self care.

I’ve neglected my physical, emotional, sensory, spiritual, environmental and social needs.

This has happened for over a year now. Around end 2017.

I’m tired of the poor self care.

It is very important that we help ourselves and if that passes by the wayside you need to talk out the reasons why you feel the way you do

Go see your GP, make that appointment and write out a list of the negative feelings you have and any causes you feel had started these problems you are now suffering from.

Relate to your problems and learn how to approach the cause and learn how to move on. Your GP has the tools and will help you move on

Ask your doctor to recommend you a carer - they will help with daily tasks and see you get out, outdoors and things like that
