I've been doing so well, moved to a new country thought I was going to start over and find myself again but bipolar depression is back. I've ran out of meds and I can't afford a psychiatrist things are just getting worse. I don't know what to do, I feel like I will never win this battle. I'm all alone

Joy it is best if you can arrange for your Medications.
Have you not any health Insurance ? Talk to a Chemist and see how much these medications cost. The Doctor in America can make out a script for you then you do the same as in the UK, the difference being you may need to pay the cost of medication in , in the UK we pay a fixed rate. If you are disabled here medication scripts may be free especially when we reach Pensionable age Consider arranging Health Insurance
I’ve been in ur situation allot of times and figured it’s best for me to stay home with my mother it’s so hard the memory of myself in that situation just breaks me, but it doesn’t mean it has to be the same to you. Right now I’m in Colombia where I’m from but I work remotely for hospitals and insurance company’s in the US and there’s lots of ways you can get insurance and access to meds even for free! You might wanna take a look at Medicaid and Medicare, they offer medical for free.
