Since I worked out how to afford to connect to the internet on a daily basis again there are 2 things that I do to uplift me on a daily basis.
1. Checking in with HealrhUnlocked and supporting others when I can.
2. I follow a police dog trainer on Twitter who posts photos and videos of his hard working dogs. I find then inspiring as I love dogs.
3. When I see my neighbours cat (I will admit to being more a dog person than a cat person) who is called Smudge,no matter how bad I am feeling or how much in a rush I am I always make to speak to Smudge, even in the rain I will stop and stroke and talk to Smidge because I know that doing do uplifts my mood and I feel so grateful that Smudge, neighbour's cat is letting me have that time because we all know cats have a mind of their own.

Spend time on various sites here, gardening, walking Pax and going down to the beach.
Next week I will have three days visiting several properties in South Northumberland.
Also I get buried within the library looking at books and doing research on where I would like to visit.
After Christmas will be planning the holidays for 2020, We are going Island Hopping in Scotland, also having a further holiday in the south of England visiting National Trust, English Heritage and Historic Houses, for about a month each. We will also spend days out in the Scottish Borders visiting as above. Hotels do special deals so we avail ourselves. of those during mid week. We have been Life Members of English Heritage and National Trust for life, The last forty years. History and geography, also gardening are my main interests
