Hi Kuroe,
Yes this is normal, I'm just starting mine back up again today after a year of nothing. I found that taking it at night and only drinking water helped with mine. First time round it took me 3 weeks to start and feel the benefits. Hang in there it should get better. I'll even let you know how I'm getting on this time around
