Hi I’m 17 years old. I don’t eat much as a normal person should in a day. Perhaps a meal a day or maybe i just consume snacks. I lost about 10 pounds in a short amount of time. And I’m starting to think negatively about how my body looks like. I’m not sure if I want to tell someone because I’m scared of being judged by my family
