I’m caring for an autistic son, a grandparent with dementia, a mother with schizophrenia and a daughter who just tried to commit suicide. Sometimes this is just exhausting. I will never give up, but it’s so frustrating sometimes when it’s always out of your control.

Hello ourcynic and welcome to this supportive community. You have a lot to cope with for any one person. Do you have any help with this? it's really important that you also look after yourself. don't lose u... in between all of it.. take time for u. Sounds difficult because Im in ur shoes also, BUT.. even if its going into a bathroom,shut the door, and breathe.. do a crossword puzzle,play a game on ur phone, sit and stare at the ceiling... whatever....just don't lose u.Without u they all don't have u.I wish u the best.. its not easy.. and it becomes suffocating at times.
You need to talk to your GP and arrange some assistance and help with the situation you find yourself in. In the UK they have Day Centres for helpers to give them relief from the concerns you have
