Does anyone know what app is free and great without hidden subscription for anxiety and depression I downloaded calm but it’s only 7 days free

Sorry Kev that you are having some anxiety and depression issues that you have been looking for an app to help calm you, not sure which apps are free, I Hope your running will help you with any problems you may have, many runners here have told us that running does help them with anxiety and depression.

I have been looking at several of those apps on the Android Store, the app with the highest star rating of 4.6 is

"Moodpath - Depression and Anxiety Test" you could try that one.

Hi.

There is one called clementine that appears to be free from what I’ve seen on it. I’ve used the meditations...worth a try 😊 x

Just double checked it is free and it’s quite good !

I have one called dare and it help but. If you want more you have to pay but when I am in bad way with my anxiety this really helpful

There is a free-to-play mental health app called eQuoo, the Emotional Fitness Game, that just went through a clinical trial and lowers anxiety if you like that kind of thing?
