Diet and Mood

Anyone have thoughts on this?

Anyone tried different diets or food supplements looking for a mood boost?

Something that seems to work for me as something of a mood stabiliser, for whatever reason: butter. Not saying it would work for anyone else of course.

I have also tried various vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and amino acids. Did find that coenzyme q10 mixed with carnitine may be worthwhile for energy levels.

Raw food or fruits and salads can be good for you - but variety is better and I love vegetables especially with potatoes. For the brain food it is nuts and seeds and fish, oils - omega 3 I think it is??? and whole host of other things, on the internet are some good sites for brain food
